By making a reservation or using the services of Tourist Home Hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Tourist Home Hotel. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance. It may change.
Payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Taxes and service charges may apply.
Cancellation policies vary by booking type and season. Please contact us directly to understand the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation. We recommend contacting us at least 24 hours before your check-in date for any changes.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including noise restrictions and security protocols. Illegal activities on hotel premises are strictly prohibited.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Tourist Home Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guest property unless caused by the negligence of hotel staff. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Tourist Home Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
