BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Arrival & departure+
Check-in after 2 PM. Check-out before 1 PM. Self check-in with building staff. Maximum six guests in the apartment, or two per private bedroom.
House rules+
- No smoking, pets, parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 11 PM–7 AM. Be considerate of neighbours and building staff.
- Unregistered visitors require permission. No disruptive behaviour, illegal drugs, or heavily intoxicated guests.
- Commercial photography is allowed, subject to the other house rules.
- Report damage promptly. Damage, missing items or excessive cleaning may incur a charge.
- Before leaving, turn off appliances, close and lock doors and windows, and return the keys as instructed.
Cancellation & payment+
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before your 2 PM check-in (Dhaka time). Later cancellations and no-shows carry a first-night charge, which management may waive. No automatic debit is made. Date changes are subject to availability and the applicable rate. Airbnb bookings follow the policy on Airbnb.
Pay cash in BDT at the property. A reservation request is confirmed only when our team sends written confirmation.
Safety & privacy+
An exterior building camera monitors the garage entrance, road and exterior common areas. It does not monitor indoor or private guest spaces.
Smoke alarm installed. A carbon monoxide alarm has not been reported.
